केंद्र सरकार के कर्मचारियों का महंगाई भत्ता दो प्रतिशत बढ़ा
केंद्र सरकार के कर्मचारियों का महंगाई भत्ता दो प्रतिशत से बढ़ाकर चार प्रतिशत कर दिया है। यह बढ़ा हुआ महंगाई भत्ता १ जनवरी, २०१७ से लागू माना जाएगा। जिससे ४८.५५ लाख कर्मचारियों और ५५.५१ लाख पेंशनरों को फायदा पहुंचेगा। केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल की मंजूरी के बाद सरकार के बयान में कहा गया है कि इससे सरकारी खजाने पर प्रति वर्ष ५८५७.२८ करोड़ रुपये को बोझ बढ़ जायेगा। जबकि वित्त वर्ष २०१७-१८ में सरकारी खजाने पर कुल ६८३३.५० करोड़ रुपये (जनवरी, २०१७ से लेकर फरवरी २०१८ के बीच) का बोझ पड़ेगा। यह महंगाई भत्ता पिछले १२ महीने के कंस्यूमर प्राइस इंडेक्स (इंडस्ट्रियल लेवर) के औसत के आधार पर निकाला जाता है।
१५ आईआईटी को डिग्री देने का अधिकार
गठित १५ आईआईटी को कैबिनेट ने पीपीपी मोड पर डिग्री देने का अधिकार दे दिया गया है। केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल ने इस बिल को मंजूरी दे दी और इन आईआईटी को राष्ट्रीय महत्व का संस्थान एग्रीमेंट दिया है।
