नरेश अग्रवाल ने राज्यसभा में कहा- यूपी को सऊदी बना रही भाजपा। सपा सांसद नरेश अग्रवाल के राज्यसभा में दिए बयान पर बवाल मच गया। यद्धपि, बाद में नरेश अग्रवाल ने सदन में अपने बयान पर खेद जाहिर किया। नरेश अग्रवाल ने कहा था कि १९९१ में राम जन्मभूमि आंदोलन के दौरान कई रामभक्त जेल गए थे।
उस समय कई स्कूलों को अस्थाई जेल बना दिया गाया था। ऐसी एक जेल में वो भी गए थे। उन्होंने वहां की दीवार पर रामभक्तों द्वारा लिखी हुए दो लाइन देखी थी। उन दो लाइनों को उन्होंने सदन को कहकर सुनाया। इसके बाद बीजेपी के सांसदों ने उनके बयान पर आपत्ति जताई।
वहीं नरेश अग्रवाल ने कहा कि यूपी में योगी सरकार ने एंटी रोमियो बनाई है, जो भाई-बहन, पति-पत्नी को भी जेल पहुंचा रही है। उन्होंने ये सवाल उठाते हुए कहा कि क्या योगी सरकार यूपी को सऊदी अरब बनाना चाह रही है? कांग्रेस नेता गुलाम नबी आजाद ने राज्यों में हो रहे मॉब लिंचिंग का मुद्दा उठाया।
उन्होंने सरकार पर आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि ये धर्म-जाति की लड़ाई नहीं है, ये मानवता और इंसानियत की लड़ाई है। और उन्होंने कहा कि देश की एकता अखंडता के लिए विपक्ष के नेता जान देने के लिए तैयार है, बस आप वोट की राजनीति बंद करिए।
तभी केंद्रीय मंत्री मुख्तार अब्बास नकवी ने गुलाम नबी के बयान पर पलटवार करते हुए कहा है कि जिसने इस तरह का क्राइम किया है, क्या वह बोर्ड लगा कर रखा था कि मैं गौरक्ष हूं या उन्होंने ये कहा था कि क्या मैं गौरक्षक का ठेकेदार हूं।

गुलाम नबी आजाद ने कई घटनाओं का उदाहरण देते हुए कहा कि मध्य प्रदेश के शिवपुर में एक दोस्त द्वारा अपने दो दोस्तों की हत्या कर दी जाती है। राजस्थान के बीकानेर का उदाहरण देते हुए कहा कि वहां दलित लड़की को रेप के बाद उसकी हत्या कर दी जाती है। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्यों में लोगों के जिंदा जलाने के मामले भी सामने आ रहे हैं।
लोगों में जातिगत नफरत के खिलाफ हमें लड़ना है। आजाद ने कहा कि मॉब लिंचिंग कहानी बहुत लंबी है। झारखंड में हुए मॉब लिंचिंग का उन्होंने उदाहरण दिया। देशभर में गो रक्षा के मुद्दे पर गुंडागर्दी हो रही है।

उन्होंने ये भी कहा कि आज देश में जितनी भी इस तरह की घटनाएं हो रही हैं उसमें रूलिंग पार्टी के संघ परिवार का कोई ना कोई सदस्य का नाता रहा है। आजाद ने कहा कि हम मानते हैं कि पीएम मोदी ने इस पर बयान दिया है लेकिन कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ा है।
यह लड़ाई किसी धर्म की नहीं और न ही हिन्दू-मुस्लिम की है, यह लड़ाई मानवता और इंसानियत की है।
