लापता फौजी : पिछले सप्ताह संदिग्ध परिस्थितियों में फौजी समेत पांच लोगों के लापता होने की गुत्थी सुलझ गई है। यह मामला हिमाचल जिले के कांगड़ा के कंडवाड़ी का है।
कंडवाड़ी में बीते सप्ताह संदिग्ध परिस्थितियों में रिटायर्ड लापता फौजी समेत पांच लोगों के लापता होने की गुत्थी सुलझ गई है। धर्मशाला के दाड़ी निवासी अनूप खत्री का चार लोगों ने आठ सितंबर की आधी रात सुनियोजित ढंग से कत्ल कर उसकी लाश को कंडवाड़ी स्थित उसके फार्म हाउस के शेड में दबा दिया था।
उसके बाद सभी आरोपी यूपी के गोरखपुर भाग गए। पुलिस ने हत्या के एक आरोपी को गोरखपुर से गिरफ्तार कर उसकी निशानदेही पर अनूप खत्री का शव फार्म हाउस के शेड से बरामद कर लिया है। पुलिस ने हत्या का मामला दर्ज कर शव को पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेज दिया है। पुलिस हत्या में शामिल अन्य आरोपियों की तलाश में जुटी हुई है।
जानकारी के मुताबिक अनूप खत्री की पत्नी की ओर से अपने पति की गुमशुदगी की शिकायत दर्ज करवाने के बाद पुलिस ने जब मामले की जांच शुरू की तो फार्म हाउस में काम करने वाले उसके नौकर और अन्य लोग भी लापता मिले थे। वहां, एक खून से सना बिस्तर और बैग भी मिला था, जो रिटायर फौजी के थे।
पुलिस शक के आधार पर दो लोगों को पूछताछ के लिए थाना लाई। पुलिस ने फार्म हाउस में काम करने वाले लोगों के नाम और पते पूछे। उनके बताए पते पर ११ सितंबर को पुलिस टीम गोरखपुर रवाना हो गई। पुलिस ने वहां पर एक आरोपी को पकड़ लिया जो हत्या में शामिल था।
पुलिस १६ सितंबर को आरोपी को पकड़ कर पालमपुर लाई जिसने पुलिस को बताया कि रिटायर फौजी का कत्ल कर उसका शव कंडवाड़ी फार्म हाउस के अंदर शेड में दबा दिया था। लिहाजा, पुलिस ने आरोपी की निशानदेही पर शनिवार को जमीन में दबाए गए शव को बरामद कर लिया।
उधर, डीएसपी बीडी भाटिया ने कहा कि रिटायर लापता फौजी अनूप खत्री का शव बरामद कर पुलिस ने हत्या का मामला दर्ज कर लिया है। मामले में एक आरोपी को पकड़ा गया है और अन्य आरोपियों की तलाश जारी है। आठ सितंबर को रिटायर फौजी अनूप खत्री निवासी दाड़ी (धर्मशाला) अपने कंडवाड़ी स्थित फार्म हाउस में आया था।
फार्म हाउस में उसके दो नौकर काम करते थे, जबकि दो लोग उनके साथ और थे। आठ सितंबर को सभी संदिग्ध हालात में लापता हो गए थे। दो दिन तक रिटायर फौजी अनूप खत्री और अन्य लोगों का पता न चलने पर अनूप खत्री की पत्नी ने अपने पति के गुम होने की पुलिस में शिकायत दर्ज करवाई थी।
कंडवाड़ी के फार्म हाउस में रिटायर फौजी का शव बरामद कर पुलिस ने एक सप्ताह से पहेली बने पांच लोगों के संदिग्ध हालात में लापता होने के मामले को सुलझा लिया है। पुलिस ने इस मामले को कड़ी दर कड़ी जोड़ कर सुलझाया है। फौजी की हत्या सुनियोजित षड्यंत्र के तहत की गई है। रिटायर फौजी की हत्या किन कारणों के चलते की, इसका फिलहाल पुख्ता तौर पर पता नहीं चला है।
लेकिन पुलिस सूत्रों की मानें तो फौजी के एटीएम में करीब सात लाख रुपये थे और उसकी जेब में सात से आठ हजार रुपये की नकदी बताई गई है। आठ सितंबर को इन लोगों ने एटीएम का प्रयोग किया था। बताया जा रहा है कि रिटायर फौजी अनूप खत्री अपने नौकरों पर अकसर गुस्सा भी करता था। इससे नौकर अपने मालिक से खुन्नस खाए हुए थे।
फौजी के अकाउंट में लाखों रुपये होने का पता चलने और उससे रंजिश को हत्या का कारण बताया जा रहा है। हालांकि, आगामी जांच में क्या निकलता है, इसका पता सभी आरोपियों के गिरफ्तारी के बाद ही चलेगा। लेकिन, दो नौकर फार्म हाउस पर काम करते थे, जबकि दो अन्य उन लोगों ने कब और कैसे बुलाए थे, यह भी जांच का विषय है।
इससे साफ है कि रिटायर फौजी की हत्या एक सुनियोजित चाल के तहत की गई। पुलिस ने पंचरुखी थाना प्रभारी गंभीर सिंह के नेतृत्व में इस मामले की गहन जांच की। कुछ अहम सुराग मिलने पर एएसआई पाल सिंह के नेतृत्व में हवलदार राजेश, कांस्टेबल विनीत, अजय की टीम गोरखपुर रवाना हुई।
जहां पर पुलिस ने एक आरोपी को शुक्रवार को गिरफ्तार किया और उसे पालमपुर लेकर आई। दाड़ी से अपने फार्म हाउस गए रिटायर फौजी अनूप खत्री के पास करीब सात से आठ हजार रुपये नकद बताया गए हैं। जबकि उसकी जेब में एटीएम कार्ड भी था जिसमें करीब सात लाख का कैश बताया गया है।
डीएसपी बीडी भाटिया ने कहा कि पुलिस मामले की गहन जांच कर रही है। कंडवाड़ी में बरामद अनूप खत्री के शव को आरोपियों ने शेड के अंदर करीब ढाई से तीन फीट के गड्ढे में दबाया था। इसे पुलिस ने पकड़े गए आरोपी की निशानदेही पर शनिवार को बरामद किया।
